G'day, I'm Cooper.

I got into coffee machines the way most people do — I bought a cheap second-hand one, pulled a terrible shot, and then spent the next six months pulling the thing apart trying to work out why. Turns out I liked the fixing more than the coffee.

A few years and a lot of gaskets later, what started as a hobby has become my full-time thing. I strip machines down to nothing, clean every part, replace what needs replacing, and put them back together properly. If I'm selling it, I've tested it myself and I'd happily use it in my own kitchen.

I'm based in Adelaide and work on everything from your entry-level Breville to higher-end prosumer gear — Rancilio, Lelit, ECM, Profitec, Rocket, you name it. Grinders too. If it makes espresso, I'm probably interested.
